Position Overview

As the Vice President of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our production processes, ensuring seamless execution of projects from inception to delivery. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a talented team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational efficiency and excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to streamline production workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

• Supervise all aspects of production operations, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure seamless project delivery.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Evaluate and optimize existing processes to drive productivity and quality while adhering to industry best practices.

• Oversee the development and implementation of production policies, procedures, and standards to uphold quality and safety.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the entertainment or production industry.

• Strong understanding of production workflows, budgeting, and scheduling.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving operational excellence and innovation.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
